I created RCF in 2013 when I saw a need for a coaching framework with a theoretical approach that is practical and built on follow up to help youth choose their next step. I built on available research and created the Career Development CPR Model and the Discover Your BEAVI© assessment tool.
Fast forward to today, I have access to several assessments and will customize the assessments to your needs.
I believe in the importance of lifelong learning, reflection and career awareness. I lead RCF with the purpose of inspiring a commitment to these values.
