I am a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP®) and a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) who successfully built my business from the ground up in 2013 by identifying its brand. As a private practitioner, I have helped and mentored over s thousand clients with career direction to effectively select next steps that match their career aspirations...their right career fit.
Teaching you to manage your career is my passion! Together, we start with the basics. Similar to businesses, you need to identify your brand. My approach is clear. Using narrative coaching along with various assessment tools including Discover Your BEAVI©,SparkPath Challenge cards, and Holland's RIASEC codes, I teach you the fundamentals and empower you to clarify your unique brand.

Basics of My Approach
I created RCF in 2013 when I saw a need for a coaching framework with a theoretical approach that is practical and build on follow up to help youth choose their next step. I built on available research and created the Career Development CPR Model and the Discover Your BEAVI© tool. Here is my story.
