I am a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP®) and a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) who successfully built my business from the ground up in 2013 by identifying its brand. As a private practitioner, I have helped and mentored over s thousand clients with career direction to effectively select next steps that match their career aspirations...their right career fit.

Using narrative coaching along with various assessment tools including Discover Your BEAVI©,SparkPath Challenge cards, and Holland's RIASEC codes, I teach you the fundamentals and empower you to clarify your unique brand.

I created RCF in 2013 when I saw a need for a coaching framework with a theoretical approach that is practical and build on follow up to help youth choose their next step. I built on available research and created the Career Development CPR Model and the Discover Your BEAVI© tool.
